The Sentinel Flow is AI-assisted trade software. This page explains where the platform uses AI, where humans remain in charge, and what the platform does not do. It is not an independent certification.
Where AI assists

- •Store or train third-party models on your uploaded records
Human governance
Human-in-the-loop by default
Nothing in Sentinel Flow executes an external action on its own. Workflow steps that would touch a customer record, a claim filing, or an outbound message require an explicit human approval that records reviewer identity and timestamp.
Deterministic scoring where it matters
Recovery amounts, duty-free savings, tariff exposure, and scenario outputs are computed by deterministic engines against structured data — not generated by a language model.
Evidence-first surfaces
Every opportunity carries the source fields, HTS/agreement references, and calculation basis behind it, so a reviewer can verify the finding before acting on it.
Reversible actions
Claims move through a 12-stage lifecycle with an auditable trail. Users can pause, edit, or discard an opportunity at any stage before filing.
Customer responsibilities
AI outputs are analysis aids. Before you file with a customs authority, correct a classification, or execute a strategic response, an authorized reviewer or your licensed customs broker / trade counsel should confirm the finding. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any filing submitted under your account.
